They say that half the battle is in the mind, but I think that it is 100% in the mind, once you think right you have already won, external circumstances does not matter. Perception is what matter and creates reality.

Every second is a second chance. The second that you know you make a mistake correct it at that point of time. No point mourning over spilt porridge. Better use the time to make a cheese cake… yummy

Nothing that you ever do is ever a waste of time. Everything you do you will reap it’s harvest in due time. Therefore do only what is good and always move forward. Let the past push you from behind instead of pushing you behind.

Be thankful for every single thing in life. Grumbling does not add one single value. If things do not go your way either try and improve the situation or improve yourself to adapt.

Do not crave being a child. There is virtue in being an adult and not being taken care of but taking care of others. It is indeed more blessed to give than to receive.

Do not envy, everyone has their own journey in life. Your journey is as unique and special and is the one carved out for you to shape you into the best person you can be.

Learn to trust. People are not out to get you. Even if they are it is still better to give them the benefit of doubt.

Every minute of life is precious and a gift. Learn to treasure it.
